Job Description & Mission

The Role We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented SEO Growth Lead to own our organic search ecosystem. You won't just be checking boxes or running basic keyword audits; you will be mapping out a comprehensive organic strategy designed to capture real buyers at every stage of the funnel. You will align content, technical optimization, and conversion logic to turn organic search into a predictable revenue stream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue-Driven Strategy: Move beyond simple search volume. Identify high-intent commercial keywords that map to the target buyer journey.
  • Full-Funnel Content Alignment: Partner with the content and creative teams to ensure organic landing pages and blog posts are optimized for both search algorithms and user conversion.
  • Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup) to maintain flawless site health.
  • Data & Revenue Attribution: Track, analyze, and report on organic performance using GA4, GSC, and CRM data. You must be able to connect organic traffic directly to MQLs and pipeline contribution.
  • On-Page & CRO Testing: Continually optimize meta tags, internal linking, headers, and on-page elements to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Spy on competitor keyword gaps, backlink profiles, and authority strategies to aggressively capture search market share.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven track record managing end-to-end SEO campaigns (Agency experience is highly preferred).
  • Tool Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • The "Anti-Vanity" Mindset: A strong understanding that rankings mean nothing without conversions. You know how to align SEO with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, semantic search, structured data, and how search engines crawl modern JavaScript/HTML frameworks.
  • Portfolio: Ability to present case studies or data proving how your organic strategies directly grew leads or revenue for previous clients/employers.
