Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our growing garage. The ideal candidate should have an established customer base and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in the automotive repair industry. This role is responsible for managing service operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and workshop teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and grow an existing customer portfolio by providing personalized service and follow-ups.
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP and regular customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service feedback professionally.

Service Operations:

  • Schedule and manage daily service bookings and walk-ins efficiently.
  • Generate job cards, explain repair estimates, and get necessary approvals.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality job execution.
  • Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated on job status.

Sales and Upselling:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
  • Promote seasonal offers, preventive maintenance packages, and value-added services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Ensure all documentation, estimates, invoices, and customer communications are clear and accurate.
  • Report daily activities, job status, and customer concerns to the Service Manager.

Team Coordination:

  • Guide and support junior advisors and reception staff.
  • Work closely with workshop supervisors to ensure job quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an auto garage or dealership.
  • Existing customer base is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Sound technical knowledge of automotive repairs and service processes.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and solve problems quickly.
  • Proficiency in garage management systems
