Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Understand customer concerns, record vehicle issues, and convert inquiries into confirmed workshop appointments
- Proactively sell service agreements, maintenance packages, and repair solutions
- Arrange vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs to enhance customer convenience
- Receive customers at the workshop and manage smooth handover within the service team
- Prepare and draft service agreements and repair estimates for management approval
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis and timely repairs
- Communicate service progress clearly to customers and upsell required repairs ethically
- Check parts availability and pricing with suppliers to provide competitive estimates
- Educate customers on Minor Service, Major Service, and repair schedules
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and as promised
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience as a Service Advisor in a multi-brand auto repair garage
- Must have experience in drafting and selling service agreements for cars
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automobiles
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high customer volumes
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
