Senior Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Colorado Sewer Service, Inc. is looking for a dedicated professional with strong communication and customer service skills to assist in the company's fast paced dispatching area. The Senior Service Coordinator role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in maintaining schedule flow, technician efficiency, and operations excellence.

Candidate must be able to manage and direct multiple phone lines, have strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, high attention to detail, be a fast learner, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, bring a positive attitude, and be a team player while working with others. Dispatching experience a plus, and knowledge of FieldEdge, Service Titan, or other field service software is preferred.

Initial work schedule would be M 6:00-6:00pm, , Tue 6:00-4:00pm, Thurs. 6:00-3:00pm, Fri 6:00-6:00pm, with Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday off (with opportunity to earn time & half after 40 hours).
