We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience to join our growing team in Lahore. Location: Model Town, Lahore
Work Arrangement: Onsite (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules, workflows, and applications.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Service Catalogs, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and platform governance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and security guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow development experience (Mandatory).
• Strong expertise in:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• CMDB
• Service Catalog
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub
• Discovery
• Custom Application Development
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Additional ServiceNow certifications will be considered an advantage.
