Role Overview

We are looking a ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst (BA) to work for a government sector project . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow (preferably CSM), proven experience in system integration projects, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.
• Support ServiceNow configuration, integration, and workflow design (Flow Designer, PSDS architecture).
• Conduct gap analysis and propose technical solutions for system integration projects.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, policies, and government regulations.
• Provide hands-on support in ServiceNow development or administration when required.
• Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (preferably CSM).

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Minimum 3 years on System Integration (SI) projects.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, preferably CSM.
• Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow integration capabilities, server configuration, Flow Designer, and PSDS architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Development or Administration (CSM preferred).

Certifications (Highly Desirable)

• ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• ServiceNow Integration Hub Specialist
• Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are advantageous
