We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to develop and support scalable solutions using Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other MS365 products including MS Teams. This role will focus on custom solution development, systems integration, automate workflows, and user experience optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong development background and is comfortable owning the full software lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable applications and integrations aligned with organizational goals.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams solutions.
- Build and deploy site templates using PnP Provisioning templates and develop custom SPFx web parts.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Power Pages
- Build custom forms, workflows, and business logic using SharePoint Framework and Power Automate.
- Design robust workflows and process automations with Power Automate (including error handling, logging, and retry strategies).
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive etc.) and support cross-platform collaboration via connectors and REST APIs.
- Develop and consume Azure Functions and Logic Apps for backend processing and system integrations.
- Build secure, authenticated custom connectors using OAuth2 and Azure AD App Registrations.
- Use Azure DevOps for source control (Git), backlog management, and CI/CD automation for Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Closely involved in full SDLC including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production and development environments.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and security.
- Stay current on Microsoft 365 developments and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with the SharePoint/Teams Owner for strategic alignment.
Your Skills and Experience- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Minimum 10 Years) and Microsoft Teams development. (Minimum 5 years)
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). (Minimum 5 years)
- Strong command of:
o SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
o PowerShell (PnP, SharePoint Online Management Shell)
o Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure AD, Key Vault)
o CI/CD tools and source control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 integration and governance.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have- Experience with AvePoint Cloud Governance.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MS-600, and MS-700).
- Experience working in mid-sized or international companies.
- Working knowledge of compliance and governance standards in Microsoft 365 (DLP, retention policies, etc.)
