Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee on-site architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and design standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction to ensure adherence to architectural plans and quality standards.
• Manage design modifications and updates in response to site conditions and client requests, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving solutions to on-site construction teams.
• Ensure on-site coordination with MEP & other specialized disciplines.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, timelines, and any necessary adjustments to stakeholders.
• Provides input to the monthly progress report as directed by the Resident Engineer.
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and non-compliance reports, for project tracking and audit purposes.
• Ensure all on-site architectural activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Requirements :

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years on mega mall or large-scale commercial retail projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, retail planning, mall operations, and customer experience design.
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• PMP, LEED, or equivalent green building certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
