Role Purpose

As an Architect at TANGO LINE DECORATION, you will play a vital role in the design development, coordination, and execution of interior design and fit-out projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion in alignment with company standards and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and approve materials, finishes, and samples.

* Monitor project timelines and report progress to management.

* Assist with authority submissions and approvals when required.

* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on site.

* Coordinate with MEP, structural consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

* Prepare architectural and fit-out drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings.

* Ensure all drawings and works comply with UAE building codes and authority regulations.

* Develop design concepts and material selections in coordination with project requirements.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.

Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

* Strong experience in interior design and fit-out projects.

* Solid understanding of UAE authority approval processes.

* Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Good knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and fit-out details.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, and other relevant design software.

* Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Architect within the UAE (mandatory).

Work Conditions
