Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in site supervision and architectural project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience handling large-scale projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural site supervision activities.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve on-site technical and design issues.
• Ensure project quality standards and timelines are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of site experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations in Dubai.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dubai Municipality approval is an advantage.
• Experience in high-rise or large-scale commercial/residential projects.
