Senior Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure project quality, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience managing construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering support.
• Conduct quality checks, inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Verify materials, equipment, and resources as per project requirements.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, and managing site resources.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
