Senior Site Engineer

Job Description (JD)

Spectra is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site activities, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating site operations, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Job Responsibilities (JR)

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained

Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently

Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project requirements

Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports

Ensure health, safety, and site regulations are followed at all times

Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and clients

Manage manpower and resources effectively

Travel between project sites as required

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in UAE projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution

Experience in interior fit-out / renovation projects is an advantage

Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple site activities

Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software

*Valid UAE driving license is mandatory*

Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
