Job Purpose
The Site Engineer will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, and coordination of Solar EPC and I&C activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise solar power plant installation (Rooftop / Ground-Mounted).
- Handle I&C works including cable laying, termination, inverter, LT/HT panels, SCADA & monitoring systems.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients at site.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower, and material usage.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper workmanship at site.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports (DPR).
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Identify and report site issues, risks, and deviations in advance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar EPC or I&C projects.
- Knowledge of solar modules, inverters, structures, earthing, and lightning protection.
- Familiarity with IS/IEC standards and safety norms.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Pay: ₹18,205.16 - ₹31,811.51 per month
