Role & responsibilities

• A professional leader of project team for the Gurgaon project.
• Single point of contact for all matters pertaining to the assigned project.
• Develop a Plan for the Project's Delivery encompassing the 4 M's ( Men, Materials, Money, and Methods) based upon Company's overall Vision.
• To ensure the timely indent/follow-ups for the availability of FOC materials and construction materials at the site.
• Team Motivation, discipline, providing professional/technical guidance, empowering his Team & ensuring Delivery of projects/ Activities as per plan
• Effective management of all phases of project(planning, execution, and handing over), institute standardized systems, and keeping in view of budgeted cost, time, and acceptable work quality.
• Ensure contract implementation, administration, including ensuring contractors fulfill contractual obligations.
• Organize periodic review of the various projects with Top Management and ensure proper disclosure of relevant project-related issues.
• Prepare advance plans in consultation with Management for rolling out new projects, including staffing, premises, IT assets, and financial requirements.
• Conduct fortnightly site inspections
• Coordinate with inter-departments, external agencies, and consultants to meet the project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 10 - 20 years in group housing & high-rise projects in Real Estate.
• Thorough knowledge of construction activities involved in specific Multistoried building construction, including structure, finishing, and site development.
• Must be capable of handling multiple projects with standard construction practices efficiently.
• Should be able to develop a smooth construction control and project development, and an efficient reporting system.
• Should be familiar with essential test procedures of Raw materials/concrete, and other building materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
