Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

• Overall site supervision and monitoring of all construction activities.
• Coordination between architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants.
• Enforcement of quality control and assurance standards for all materials and workmanship.
• Daily manpower planning and sub-contractor management.
• Tracking project timelines and ensuring milestones are met.
• Preparation and submission of Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Material requisition, inventory management, and wastage control.
• Verification of sub-contractor measurements and billing.
• Implementation of site safety protocols and HSE compliance.
• Interpretation of blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Management of site logistics and equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving site-level conflicts.
• Conducting periodic site meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and statutory regulations.
• Maintaining site records, registers, and as-built drawings.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
