Job Description -

We are hiring for Construction Industry

Should have 10 to 15 years of experience in Same Field

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work adheres to approved drawings and specifications.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve site-level technical issues, providing guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials and workmanship to maintain high construction standards.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure site compliance.
• Resource Management: Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and equipment to optimize productivity and control costs.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material reconciliation files.

Required Skills

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reading complex engineering drawings, setting out levels, and using surveying equipment like total stations or GPS.
• Software Knowledge: Advanced skills in AutoCAD,
• Leadership: Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multidisciplinary construction teams under pressure.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for negotiating with vendors and providing project updates to executives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (e.g., Construction Management).
• Experience: Typically requires 10 to 15 years of field experience, often specifically in high-rise, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• should have strong experience in Residential Projects
• Should be able to work individual

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
