Senior Site Engineer- Civil- Higrh Rise Building Exp (G+20 Above)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, manage site operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and specifications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building and contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and project managers.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material requirements on site.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and planning departments for inspections and progress updates.
• Assist in quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and billing works.
• Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction or contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
• Knowledge of local construction standards and authority regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
