Senior Site Mechanical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and other MEP systems) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve site issues and ensure smooth progress of work.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for approval and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to verify quality and performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, project schedules, and quality control procedures.
• Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and documentation for project handover.
• Provide technical support to the site team and recommend solutions for design or execution challenges.
• Monitor and control manpower, material, and equipment resources for efficient site execution.
• Assist in client and authority inspections and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
