Senior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our team immediately and lead high-quality interior fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Fit-Out, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out works.

Strong technical knowledge of fit-out activities, including:

• Carpentry & joinery
• Gypsum partitions & ceiling works
• Gypsum decoration
• Flooring (marble, tiles, parquet, vinyl)
• Painting & finishing works.
• Coordination with MEP works.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to read, understand, and execute works based on shop drawings, layout drawings, and specifications.
• Proven experience in site supervision, workforce management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong capability to manage multiple work fronts, plan daily activities, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in material planning, site logistics, and manpower allocation.
• Ability to prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with project schedules, method statements, and work programs.
• Strong coordination skills with engineers, consultants, inspectors, and authorities when required.
• Experience handling snag lists, rectifications, and final handover procedures.
• Solid understanding of HSE / site safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Ability to ensure all works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Knowledge of local construction practices and site regulations (Qatar experience is a strong advantage).
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, email, and WhatsApp reporting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Physically fit and willing to be fully present on site at all times.
• Valid driving license (preferred, if required by the project).
