We help dentists and DSOs gain financial clarity, optimize operations, and accelerate growth. As we scale, we’re seeking a seasoned Social Media & Content Manager to own our digital presence, content strategy, and engagement across multiple brands and influencer accounts.

This is a strategic + hands-on role—perfect for someone who can take a concept from idea to published content, measure its impact, and continually optimize for growth.

What You’ll Do

1. Social Media Management & Engagement

• Manage daily posting and engagement for multiple brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Build a 30-day content calendar that aligns with business goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and boost reach through active community management.

2. Content Flywheel Ownership

• Produce one long-form “anchor” piece per month (webinar, podcast, or video) and repurpose it into:
• 8–12 short-form video clips
• 4–6 LinkedIn/Instagram posts
• 1 blog post
• 2–3 nurturing email campaigns
• Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and tailored for each platform.

3. Email Marketing (Mailchimp)

• Design and send segmented campaigns for current clients, prospects, and event follow-ups.
• Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and segmentation to boost open/click rates.

4. SEO & Blog Content

• Publish 1–2 SEO-driven blog posts/month tied to high-intent industry keywords.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop topics that position us as thought leaders in dental finance and advisory.

5. Lead Generation & Gated Assets

• Create benchmark reports, checklists, and toolkits as lead magnets.
• Build simple landing pages for downloads and integrate with email automation.

6. Event & Webinar Amplification

• Live-post key moments from webinars, podcasts, and industry events.
• Turn appearances into highlight reels and multi-platform content.

7. (Preferred) Paid Ad Campaigns

• Manage small-to-mid ad budgets on LinkedIn/Meta to amplify top-performing content.

Tools You’ll Work With

• Scheduling: Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
• Video editing: Descript, CapCut, Premiere Pro
• Email: Mailchimp
• Analytics: GA4, platform insights, UTM tracking

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in social media management, content marketing, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to grow brand presence and audience engagement organically.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a professional audience.
• Comfortable producing both text and video content, with a knack for repurposing material.
• Data-driven mindset—comfortable tracking KPIs and iterating based on results.
• Bonus: Experience running paid ads and/or working with professional service brands.
• Dental/healthcare industry experience is not required but is a huge plus.
