We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Social Media Executive with 2–4 years of strong social media management experience, who can lead content strategy, manage brand presence, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimising social content for our clients across IT, tech, healthcare, and retail.

This role requires strong storytelling skills, hands-on content creation ability, and a deep understanding of how social media contributes to brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with client goals (brand awareness, engagement, leads).
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis.
  • Plan content calendars with clear messaging, hooks, and value propositions.

2. Content Creation & Execution

  • Write captions, scripts, and social copy with clarity and creativity.
  • Coordinate with designers/video editors to deliver high-quality creatives.
  • Manage reel concepts, shoot ideas, and influencer collaborations where required.

3. Platform Management

  • Manage and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and others.
  • Publish posts consistently and ensure content quality across platforms.
  • Respond to comments/messages when required.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports and insights to improve performance.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Sheets.

5. Client Communication

  • Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
  • Join monthly review calls and present insights with clarity.
  • Ensure all content is approved by clients before publishing.

6. Internal Collaboration

  • Work with SEO, Ads, Design, and Content teams for integrated digital campaigns.
  • Provide creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Train junior team members where required.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–4 years of strong social media management experience.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Understanding of brand identity, tone, positioning.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Suite, LinkedIn Pages, and social scheduling tools.
  • Ability to analyse data and optimise content strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
