Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Executive who can create strategy, ideate strong content and execute independently across multiple brand accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive social media strategy aligned with brand & business goals
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps
• Ideate high-impact reels, stories, carousels & long-form content
• Write performance-driven captions, scripts & post copy
• Manage accounts end-to-end: ideation → publishing → optimization
• Collaborate with design, video & performance teams
• Track insights, analyse performance & optimise using data
• Spot trends and convert them into brand-relevant content
• Use Gen-AI tools for ideation, research & workflow efficiency

What You Bring

• 2-3 years in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Excellent copywriting & storytelling skills
• Ability to plan, execute & optimise independently
• Comfortable in fast-paced agency setups
• Curious and hands-on with Gen-AI tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
