Senior Social Media Manager

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day posts and stories across all social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our brand identity.
  • Develop new ideas for social media content and campaigns, bringing fresh and innovative concepts to the table.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, which may extend beyond social media to other marketing channels.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community around our brand.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest ways to incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4 - 6 years experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with online communities.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
