Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and support overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can maintain brand consistency, analyse performance metrics, and drive impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Manage official social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Plan content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content in line with brand guidelines
• Monitor social media performance and prepare analytical reports
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
• Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams
• Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions
• Support paid campaign execution and performance tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends
• Experience with content management and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
