About the Role: Senior Social Media Manager

This role is for someone who has already spent 2+ years managing social media accounts and is now ready to lead strategies, handle clients, and guide junior team members. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media performance across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Plan monthly content calendars aligned with client goals Review and guide work of SMMs, copywriters, editors, and designers Build and nurture online communities; manage comments, DMs, and engagement Conduct page audits, competitor analysis, and trend research Handle client communication, reviews, approvals, and strategy discussions Create weekly and monthly performance reports using platform insights Coordinate with videographers, editors, and graphic designers for content production Manage influencer collaborations and campaign deliverables Run and oversee basic paid boosts or ad setups if required (Meta familiarity preferred)

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in social media management Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels strategy, hooks, and viral formats Solid experience in content planning, caption copywriting, and storytelling Confident in presenting ideas and handling clients directly Good command over platform insights (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) Leadership mindset with ability to guide juniors Strong communication, accountability, and time management
