FULL-TIME SENIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (IN-OFFICE) - Gurgaon - Facebook & Instagram

MUST HAVE PAST DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY EXPERIENCE AS A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER - PORTFOLIO REQUIRED

• 3-6 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
• Must have graphic design experience (photoshop, canva, illustrator) - (posts, thumbnails, etc)
• Work closely with our Canadian team and adapt to Canadian time zone
• Experience in a marketing agency, managing multiple clients across industries
• Must be able to script and write social media reels, and work with videographers to explain them the script to shoot the content
• Manage daily content posting on feed and stories for clients (10 to 15 clients)
• Industry experience - Restaurants & Business Professionals social media management
• Capable of leading and managing a team (editors & graphic designers and brand managers)
• Skilled in ideation and making viral content for social media
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients directly and internal team members.
• Must take an active part in client meetings and onboarding social media clients.
• Excellent at multitasking and managing several clients simultaneously (10 to 15 clients) every day
• Hands-on experience in social media ad (META Ads), Facebook and Instagram Ads, ad creation & optimization
• Passionate about social media marketing, facebook and intagram ads, reel strategy, and analytics
• Stay updated to social media new trends in the market, new reel ideas, editing style of reels and image colour grading
• Active participant in client WhatsApp groups
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and client relationship management
• Ability to analyze social media profile performance data and adjust strategies to improve results
• Must adapt to Canadian time zone to work with Canadian employees

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
