Location: Islamabad, Pakistan - Work From Home
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Time Coverage), Monday–Friday
Starting Salary: Based on Experience - up to PK Rs 250k

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager based in Islamabad to lead our Pakistan social media department while directly managing US-based clients.

This is a leadership role. You will serve as the operational head of social media in Pakistan — ensuring quality execution, team discipline, strategic consistency, and professional US-level client communication.

You must be confident speaking fluent English on Zoom and phone calls with US clients.

This is a high-performance, fast-paced agency leadership role. You must be comfortable working under pressure, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and operating independently without constant supervision.

This is not a junior execution role — this is department-level ownership.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years agency-level social media experience
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts
• Fluent, professional English (spoken & written)
• Comfortable leading US client meetings independently
• Strong leadership presence (able to control and guide a team)
• Stable availability and long-term mindset
• Available for evening US hours (6 PM – 2 AM PKT)

This is a high-responsibility leadership role. We are looking for someone serious, stable, and fully committed to growth and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities1

• US Client Management
• Lead client strategy calls
• Present monthly performance reports
• Discuss content strategy and Meta Ads performance
• Maintain strong retention and communication standards

Team Leadership (Islamabad Team)

• Manage and supervise social media team members
• Conduct daily 15-minute standups
• Ensure early logins and deadline discipline
• Remove blockers and maintain accountability
• Coordinate daily with US leadership (Britney) and internal team (Mia)

Strategy & Quality Control

• Build monthly and weekly content calendars
• Maintain brand voice and consistency
• Perform QC on all posts before publishing
• Ensure alignment with SEO, PPC, and broader marketing strategy

Meta Ads Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS)
• Present campaign results to clients
• Adjust strategy based on performance data
