We are now looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team - someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends before they go viral, and can transform strategy into engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute effective social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, visuals, reels, and videos) that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Manage online communities — respond to comments, messages, and engage proactively with audiences.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms.
• Work closely with internal design, SEO, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns, including ad budgets and performance tracking.
• Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to keep GBIM’s strategies ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field will be plus point
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a Social Media Specialist/Executive role, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of all major social platforms and content best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for performance insights and creative optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
