The Role

This is not a traditional social media manager role.

We are not looking for someone whose primary value is scheduling content or checking boxes.

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can help shape content direction, identify opportunities for growth, improve performance, and elevate the quality of content across our client accounts.

You will work closely with SocialRX Founder Shannon Bokhoor and our internal team to support more than 20 aesthetic and wellness brands.

Your job is to help us answer:

• What should we be posting?
• Why is this working?
• Why isn't this working?
• What should we test next?
• How can we improve this?

You won't be responsible for project management, scheduling shoots, or managing day-to-day client logistics. We have an operations team that handles execution.

Your role is strategy, creative direction, performance optimization, and quality control.

What You'll Be Responsible ForContent Strategy & Performance

• Analyze performance across 20+ client accounts
• Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and experimentation
• Support quarterly strategy reviews
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
• Continuously evaluate what is working, what isn't, and what should be adjusted
• Make strategic recommendations based on performance data

Content Ideation & Development

• Develop content ideas, recurring content series, campaigns, and creative concepts
• Support content planning aligned with client goals
• Research industry trends and identify ways to leverage them
• Help clients communicate their expertise in a compelling and differentiated way
• Support launches, webinars, lead magnets, and digital products

Creative Direction & Quality Control

• Review content before it reaches clients
• Proofread captions, graphics, and content deliverables
• Ensure content meets SocialRX standards for quality, messaging, strategy, and branding
• Provide feedback to editors, designers, and content creators
• Refine hooks, messaging, creative concepts, and content direction

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Shannon on strategy and creative direction
• Partner with our operations team to ensure strategy is translated into execution
• Support editors and designers with clear creative feedback
• Contribute ideas that improve agency systems, workflows, and client results

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
