Role and Responsibility :

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Node.js, and Python.
• Exposure to AI technologies is a plus.
• Proven background in high-growth startups or product-led tech companies.
• Deep expertise in system design, architecture patterns, scalability, and performance tuning.
• “Can-do” and “get-things-done” attitude with zero tolerance for procrastination.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and execution skills.
• Deep understanding of modern tech stacks – AI, backend, cloud, microservices, APIs, and DevOps.
• Proven leadership experience – mentoring and inspiring engineering teams.
• Willing to be hands-on and dive into code when needed.
• A continuous learner who stays ahead of emerging technologies and best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end architecture for new and existing products.
• Drive engineering excellence, performance, and scalability across systems.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to translate vision into architecture.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, remove blockers, and foster a culture of ownership and urgency.
• Lead design and code reviews, defining and enforcing architectural best practices.
• Act as a technical mentor and culture champion within the engineering organization.
• Bring structure, strategy, and speed to a fast-evolving environment.

Must-Haves

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product company is non-negotiable.
• High energy, self-starter, low-ego individual who thrives on accountability.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with SaaS or high-scale B2B platforms.
• Prior exposure to early-stage or growth-stage startups.
• Contributions to open source, tech blogs, or conference talks demonstrating thought leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
