Senior Software Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully developing and managing at least 10 full-cycle projects, with the ability to handle both team collaboration and independent project ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using the MERN stack and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, testers, and project managers.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution — from planning and architecture to delivery and maintenance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best development practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Manage version control and code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team on technical challenges.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the MERN Stack.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and database architecture.
• Proven experience completing at least 10 end-to-end projects.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
