Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, Angular (15+), and Entity Framework.

· Build and integrate REST APIs ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

· Work with Azure cloud services for cloud-native development and RabbitMQ for messaging.

· Develop hybrid mobile applications using Ionic 7, with experience in Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployments.

· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

· Take a leadership role in guiding junior developers, conducting code reviews, and driving best practices.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, UI/UX) to deliver features rapidly.

· Contribute to architectural decisions, propose improvements, and think outside the box to solve complex technical problems.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

· Take ownership of tasks, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 4–5 years of professional software development experience.

· Strong expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core.

· Hands-on experience with Angular 15+ and TypeScript.

· Strong knowledge of Entity Framework and relational databases (SQL Server).

· Practical experience with Azure cloud services including Service bus, Azure functions and application Insights monitoring.

· Working knowledge of RabbitMQ (or similar messaging/queueing systems).

· Proficiency in Ionic 7 for hybrid mobile app development, with experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

· Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

· Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

· Ability to take initiative, lead tasks/teams, and provide mentorship.

· Proven ability to think creatively and innovate in solving technical challenges.

· Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

· Ability to adapt and deliver effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have (Plus Skills)

· Previous experience in the fintech domain (banking, payments, lending, etc.).

· Experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS).

· Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Prior experience in a startup or product-based company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
