Position: Senior Software Architect & Analyst – AI, SaaS, and ERP Systems

Esoftsat JLT DMCC is a Dubai-based technology company specializing in ERP systems and software solutions for clients in Europe operating in telecommunications, satellite services, and Wi-Fi systems. We also design and develop SaaS platforms that support these industries and adjacent markets.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and oversee the development of complex ERP and SaaS applications.
• Lead and manage software projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with management and clients to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Work with AI-enhanced development workflows and automation tools.
• Supervise developers and ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Innovate using the latest tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development practices.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Strong experience in C# (.NET), Python, JavaScript (ReactJS, Angular), PHP, HTML, CSS
• Solid knowledge of SQL, MSSQL, and database architecture
• Experience with Docker, APIs, and microservices
• Well advance in using all AI-assisted software development and modern ML tools, AI-Agent.
• Familiarity with DevOps and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving abilities, architecture design skills, and project management capabilities
• Ability to present references and proven project outcomes

Profile:

• Minimum of approximately 3 to 5 years of successful experience in software architecture and/or senior development roles
• Proven ability to lead projects from ideation to delivery
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills in English
• Highly proactive, organized, and reliable
• Strong orientation toward AI and modern development methodologies
• Some hardware knowledge and extensive IP networking experience
• Deep interest in innovation, AI, and emerging technologies
• Leadership-oriented and business-minded
• Smart, motivated, and genuinely passionate about technology, with strong vision
