• Design and implement robust integration architectures aligned with modern patterns such as API-led connectivity and event-driven architectures.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain integration flows, APIs, and connectors that enable seamless data exchange across internal systems and external services.
• Own the end-to-end API lifecycle, including API definition, design, publishing, monitoring, versioning, and deprecation using API management platforms and best practices.
• Configure, customize, and manage integration infrastructure components such as API Gateways, message brokers, service buses, and middleware platforms.
• Design and deliver integrations with enterprise platforms (BPM, ECM, CMS, databases) as well as external and governmental services, identity platforms, and payment gateways.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, enterprise architects, development teams, and DevOps to define integration requirements and contribute to overall integration strategy.
• Drive and support CI/CD automation for integration development, testing, deployment, and monitoring within Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and DevSecOps principles, including authentication, authorization, and SSO standards.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and continuously optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration and development teams, promoting best practices and standards.
• Produce and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture designs, integration patterns, and operational runbooks.
• Stay current with emerging integration technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations where appropriate.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in integration development.
Strong expertise in API-led integration and full API lifecycle management (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, gRPC).
Hands-on experience integrating microservices within containerized platforms, particularly Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Proven experience with API Management platforms (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft, Axway, WSO2, Red Hat 3scale, or similar).
Solid knowledge of message-oriented middleware and event-driven architectures, including tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Red Hat AMQ.
Strong understanding of ESB concepts and enterprise integration patterns, with exposure to both traditional and modern integration platforms.
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#/.NET Core, with additional experience in Python or Go considered a plus.
Experience integrating with relational and NoSQL databases, BPM, ECM, and CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML) and SSO integrations.
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
Familiarity with cloud-native integration strategies and experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
