Senior Software Engineer

I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Software Backend Engineer role for a Fintech in Dubai, UAE.

These are requirements of the role:

• A full-stack Engineer who can autonomously design, build, and maintain the critical systems.
• Backend software engineering experience focused.
• Own business problems end-to-end, from opportunity identification to solution delivery
• Design and implement full-stack solutions, connecting frontend experiences to backend systems
• Build with business metrics in mind, not just technical completeness
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities across our technical stack
• Ship measurable improvements weekly that drive business outcomes
