About the Role

We are building a next-generation AI platform focused on text-to-image and text-to-video generation. As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will work on the core backend systems that power high-throughput inference, job orchestration, user workflows, and platform scalability.

This is a hands-on, impact-heavy role in a small team where your decisions will directly shape the product.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build high-performance backend services using Golang
• Develop APIs to support image/video generation workflows
• Work on job queues, async processing, and system reliability
• Optimize backend systems for speed, scale, and cost
• Collaborate closely with frontend and infrastructure teams
• Participate in system design and architectural decisions
• Write clean, maintainable, production-grade code

Requirements

• 1–4+ years of backend development experience
• Solid understanding of:
• Data structures & algorithms
• Concurrency and performance optimization
• API design (REST / gRPC)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
• Must be a graduate of one of the following universities:
• NUST
• FAST (NUCES)
• GIKI

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

• Experience with Golang, Next.js / React
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure
• Experience with high-traffic systems or media pipelines
• Exposure to AI platforms, ML inference, or GPU-based workloads
