Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and proficiency in multiple backend technologies. You will architect, develop, and maintain scalable APIs, databases, and backend systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs, primarily using Node.js.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, mobile engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Manage and maintain databases (SQL & NoSQL) including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring smooth performance.
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js (Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with various third-party APIs like Stripe, PayPal, Google Places, Twilio, SendGrid, MailChimp, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

In summary you will be:

Responsible for architecting and scaling backend systems that power mobile apps. Must have hands-on experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs/GraphQL, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong focus on problem-solving, system design, sprint planning, and managing deployments. Should be able to think product-first, not just code-first. Anticipating bottlenecks, ensuring security, and enabling smooth app-backend integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Backend Development: 3 years (Required)
• Agile (Scrum Framework): 2 years (Preferred)
