Senior Software Engineer (Golang / Full Stack)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of complex problems, design scalable systems, and help guide our technical direction. You will work primarily with Golang, and if you are comfortable across the stack, that is a strong advantage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on coding and making thoughtful architectural decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Go
• Lead discussions and decisions on system architecture and scalability
• Improve backend reliability, caching, and database performance
• Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams to deliver new features
• Take full ownership of projects from design to deployment
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the team

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer with strong Go expertise
• Strong understanding of system design, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React
• Experience with MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Ability to work independently and make pragmatic technical decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working on large-scale or community-driven web platforms
• Familiarity with SSR, caching layers, and performance monitoring
• Interest in film, TV, or Asian entertainment

Base Pay: $80,297.13 - $140,000,000.00 per year
