Senior Software Engineer- React JS

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer – React.js to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will own key initiatives from development to release, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive best practices in Agile environments. Strong expertise in React.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, and modern web development practices is essential, along with hands-on experience in performance optimization, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Own and drive key initiatives supporting the developer workflow from PR to release.
• Innovate and deliver technical solutions.
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams for inputs, support, and guidance.
• Monitor, review, and coach developer performance; conduct regular performance appraisals and provide disciplinary actions.
• Document technical solutions and articulate them to both business and technical audiences.
• Present, communicate, and advocate engineering perspectives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and show ownership of work throughout the sprint process.

• React.js (with 5+ years of experience).
• GraphQL (with 3+ years of experience).
• TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS/SCSS.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Testing with Jest and React Testing Library.
• CI/CD awareness and experience working in Agile teams.
• Technical Environment working is in
  Tech Stack: React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, SCSS, AWS services .
  Development Practices: TDD, code reviews, pair programming, CI/CD.
  Deployment: Automated using GitHub Actions on AWS, supporting both trunk-based and feature branch-based workflows.
  Technologies Used: CloudFront, Lambda, S3, GraphQL.
  Agile Practices: Dailies, story detailing, planning, retrospectives.
