Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary:
Sysmatik Digital Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead software development teams, architecture decisions, and end-to-end delivery of scalable digital products. This role is responsible for overseeing engineering strategy, ensuring code quality, driving agile development practices, and delivering high-performance software solutions for clients and internal platforms. What you'll do:

• Lead and manage software engineering teams across multiple projects
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices
• Oversee full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design to deployment
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance application development
• Drive agile methodologies, sprint planning, and product delivery timelines
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Review code quality, conduct technical reviews, and mentor engineers
• Manage DevOps integration, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead innovation in software design and system optimization

Requirements:

• Experience in software engineering leadership or senior development roles
• Strong knowledge of backend, frontend, and full-stack development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
• Experience managing agile development teams and delivery cycles
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and version control systems (Git)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: KD2,800.000 - KD5,000.000 per month
