Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering team, oversee software development projects, and drive technical excellence across our products. What you'll do:
- Lead software engineering teams and oversee end-to-end project delivery
- Define and drive technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Manage agile development processes and sprint planning activities
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver solutions
- Oversee system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Mentor and support engineers in career growth and technical development
- Review code, ensure quality standards, and improve engineering efficiency
- Identify and resolve technical risks and production issues
- Guide backend and frontend development initiatives
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and engineering workflows
- Participate in technical hiring and team expansion
- Contribute to long-term engineering strategy and roadmap planning
Requirements:
- Experience in software engineering, development, or technical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
- Experience managing or leading engineering teams is an advantage
- Knowledge of modern programming languages and development frameworks
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development cycles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or related field is an advantage

Pay: KD2,200.000 - KD3,800.000 per month
