Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Technical Skill stack:

Required Qualifications:

1. BSc in Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience for min. 2-5 year as a QA tester or a similar role.
3. Experience in QA methodology.
4. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, regression testing, and automation testing is a plus.
5. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
6. Working knowledge of test management software (IBM-CLM) and SQL
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Attention to detail.
9. Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
10. Strong organizational skills.
11. Good Team player, hard worker.
12. Languages Arabic & English.

Accountabilities:

1- Review and analyze system specifications and related business documents.

2- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans.

3- Generate Test cases, Test Scenarios and Automation scripts for Web applications, Mobile Applications, and Web services (API’s) using SoapUI, Postman.

4- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.

5- Apply cross browsers testing and mobile responsive testing.

6- Document testing phases and defects through CLM.

7- Report bugs and errors to development teams, business team and BA Team.

8- Help troubleshoot issues, analyzing server logs and DB logs.

9- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.

10- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Brief descriptions:

1- Excellent knowledge in API testing using ( Soup IU) or any relevant tool.

2- Good knowledge in Data Base(SQL).

3- Experience in Automation testing.

4- Experience in Performance testing.

5- Knowledge in QC methodologies and testing types.

6- Good analysis for issues and discover root cause of any issue.

7-Knowledge in penetration testing is a plus.
