We are looking for a Senior Software / Technical Lead who can take full ownership of technical delivery and engineering excellence. This is not just a coding role—you will define the architecture, set the technical direction, and lead a team of developers to build robust, scalable, and high-performing software systems. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that complex ideas are transformed into clean, efficient, and maintainable solutions.

You will be the key technical authority in the team—mentoring engineers, driving best practices, and ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of scalable software systems, ensuring strong architecture, performance, and maintainability.

Team Guidance: Mentor and support software engineers, conducting code reviews and helping improve technical skills across the team.

System Architecture: Define technical architecture, select appropriate technologies, and ensure alignment with business requirements.

End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full development lifecycle—from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and business units to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.

Problem Solving: Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and system-level challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in software development, with proven experience in a senior or lead technical role.

Technical Expertise: Strong background in backend and/or full-stack development using technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, or similar.

System Design: Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, APIs, and scalable system design.

Leadership: Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams in a formal or informal capacity.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges into practical solutions.

Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset: You are structured, detail-oriented, and focused on building reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems—not just quick fixes.
