Senior Solution Architect-10 Years Experience Required

We are seeking a highly accomplished Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade technology solutions across our FinTech and AI ecosystems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business objectives into robust end-to-end technical architectures, ensuring optimal performance, resilience, security, and regulatory compliance. This role requires extensive experience in designing banking-grade platforms, implementing best-in-class architectural practices, and delivering solutions aligned with FCA-level regulatory standards.

The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and executive leadership to drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of governance, risk management, and technology compliance.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design

Design end-to-end system architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure)

Define architecture for:

• Wallet Engine
• Payment Services
• Remittance Systems
• Compliance & KYC flows
• Vendor integrations (BaaS, FX providers)
• Create high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD)

Integration & Systems

Architect integrations with:

Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers

Payment gateways (Stripe-like systems)

KYC/AML providers (Onfido, Sumsub, etc.)

Design API gateway, service mesh, and microservices architecture

Infrastructure & DevOps

Design cloud architecture (AWS / DigitalOcean / Hybrid)

Define:

• VPC, subnets, load balancing
• CI/CD pipelines
• Containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Ensure high availability, failover, and disaster recovery

Security & Compliance

Implement:

• FCA-grade compliance architecture
• GDPR & data protection standards
• Secure data flow & encryption

Define:

• Authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
• Role-based access (RBAC)
• Audit logging systems
• Governance & Collaboration

Work closely with:

• Project Managers
• Compliance Officers
• Engineering Teams
• Review code and enforce architecture standards
• Guide teams using Jira workflows and DevSecOps practices

Required Skills Core

• 10+ years in software architecture / system design
• Strong experience in fintech or banking systems

Expertise in:

• Microservices architecture
• API-first design
• Distributed systems

Technical Stack
