Senior Sourcing Development

• Supplier Development & Management
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to support business growth.
• Conduct supplier audits, quality verification, and performance reviews.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Sourcing & Procurement
• Manage RFQs, comparative statements, and supplier quotations.
• Ensure timely release of purchase orders and follow-up for material delivery.
• Validate supplier rates using zero-based costing techniques.
• Product & Project Development
• Support new product development through sourcing of materials and components.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain technical sheets and BOMs for new products.
• Cost Optimization
• Analyze cost structures and introduce cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement sourcing strategies for profitability and efficiency improvements.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with Quality, Design, Production, and Dispatch teams for supplier alignment.
• Work closely with Finance for supplier payments, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain sourcing records, supplier performance reports, and cost sheets.
• Provide regular updates to management on sourcing progress and supplier issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
