Senior Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to join our EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) team. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, and other materials required for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Identification & Evaluation:

Identify and qualify potential suppliers for electronic components, PCBs, connectors, enclosures, cables, and custom parts.

• RFQ Management:

Float Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluate quotations, and conduct price benchmarking and negotiation.

• Cost Optimization:

Work on cost-saving initiatives and alternate sourcing without compromising quality and lead time.

• Vendor Management:

Develop strong relationships with vendors and maintain an updated approved vendor list (AVL).

• Lead Time & Delivery Monitoring:

Ensure on-time delivery of materials by closely coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

• Compliance:

Ensure all sourced materials meet RoHS/REACH and other relevant compliance standards.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure material specs match requirements.

• Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on market trends, supply risks, and pricing dynamics of critical components like semiconductors, MLCCs, MCUs, etc.

• ERP Usage:

Use ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Zoho / etc.) for PO creation, tracking, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
