Senior Specialist AI/ML Engineer

Navaera currently has an opening for an Senior Specialist AI/ML Engineer in our Vadodara, Gujarat office. Navaera Software Services Pvt. Ltd. (“NSS”) is a division of Navaera Worldwide, LLC (“Navaera Worldwide”) that provides software development and support services to Navaera clients around the globe. NSS was established in 2014 and has grown to a total headcount of 70+ developers and support staff.

We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic person to play a key role in improving and supporting our artificial intelligence natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision solutions for financial services. You will be joining a research and engineering team to provide critical skills in improving existing systems and pushing the boundaries of this technology. We provide a high degree of autonomy - you will have the opportunity to influence the development and implementation of our products. The role will include work in the following areas:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy computer vision/NLP/Gen-AI services
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into applications
• Monitor, evaluate and optimize model performance and reliability
• Helping to architect and develop the data pipeline and platform supporting machine learning
• Stay updates on latest AI/ML trends and advancements

Ideal Qualities:

• Experience in implementing and improving deep learning systems and moving to real-time processing on embedded hardware
• In-depth knowledge of framework: PyTorch
• Knowledge and experience Visual/textual intelligence analysis
• Hands-on experience working on GPU-based computing, and experience with NVIDIA CUDA
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion to solve difficult problems
• Experience with MLOps tools and model version control system

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Flawless command of the English language.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, IT or related field
• 4+ years developing algorithms and solving problems in computer vision and machine learning
• 3+ years in developing machine learning systems, with extensive experience on deep learning systems with at least 1+ year in leadership role
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
