Senior Specialist - Cost & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Overhead Cost Analysis

· Preparing Annual & Flexible Budget.

· Prepare & analyses monthly Transformation Cost at plant & product level.

· Analyze Actual Finished Product Cost & its elements every month.

· Prepare & analyze new project feasibility, share input based on cost & benefit analysis.

· Monitor Capital Budget Expenditure.

· Review of expenses & arrange corrections every month.

Material Cost Analysis

· Prepare the Cost of a poor-quality report.

· Prepare expected finished product cost based on agreements & assist the pricing department on

monthly basis.

· Segregate, analyze & report rate & consumption variances of variable elements with

management every month.

Scrap Analysis

· Prepare & analyze Scrap Cost every month at the plant & department level, coordinate with

department to find out areas of improvement.

· Prepare monthly scrap sales data & analysis on scrap sales about scrap cost.

Responsibilities as CO user in SAP

· Actual & Standard cost update.

· Scrap cost allocation on finished product.

· Maintain cost & profit centre.

· Maintain activity rates in SAP

Education:

CMA Pakistan or England

Experience:

4-6 years PQE, with at least 2 years at a manufacturing plant in a similar industry.

Skills:

· Exceptional skills in using financial tools, methods, and approaches.

· Strong accounting and costing knowledge.

· Strong Analytical ability and presentation skills.

· Well-versed in SAP MM, Production, and FICO modules.

· Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel.

· Intermediate level user of MS PowerPoint.
