Senior Specialist – Facility Management

The Senior Specialist – Facility Management is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, safety, and maintenance of all properties under management. This role ensures that facilities are maintained in optimal condition, operations comply with safety and regulatory standards, and tenant satisfaction is achieved through proactive maintenance and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all properties are in excellent condition.

  • Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and safety audits across all facilities.

  • Coordinate with tenants regarding maintenance requests and resolutions.

  • Manage the Move In/Move Out process to ensure timely and smooth completion.

  • Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

  • Schedule routine maintenance and ensure timely execution.

  • Analyze facility operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Design and implement new processes and procedures to enhance facility management efficiency.

  • Oversee utility management to ensure uninterrupted services and cost efficiency.

  • Conduct housekeeping audits and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

  • Monitor security reports and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address concerns.

  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work in line with quality standards.
