Our mix, that awaits you:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales, marketing and corporate functions,
• Ensure onboarding and induction programs for new hires and collect feedback to enhance their experience,
• Conduct employee exit interviews, provide feedback to managers, and take necessary actions,
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR related matters,
• Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and succession planning,
• Support performance management process and employee development activities,
• Take an active role in the expat management process as well as health and safety activities in the office,
• Be willing to participate HR projects.

Ingredients, that you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced environment,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
