Our mix, that awaits you:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales, marketing and corporate functions,

Ensure onboarding and induction programs for new hires and collect feedback to enhance their experience,

Conduct employee exit interviews, provide feedback to managers, and take necessary actions,

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR related matters,
-
Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and succession planning,
-
Support performance management process and employee development activities,
-
Take an active role in the expat management process as well as health and safety activities in the office,

Be willing to participate HR projects.
Ingredients, that you bring with you:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field,
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced environment,
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
-
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
